Go to the Information Desk at the Foyer of “Teatro Micaelense – Cultural and Conference Center”.

VERY IMPORTANT: at registration time be sure to have your ID Card (or Passport) with you: if needed, we may request it so, please, have it with you. Thank You.

 

WHAT ABOUT THE PROGRAMME OF THE CONFERENCE?

The detailed programme of the EGNAZORES2017 Conference is already available on our website (www.egnazores2017.com/uploads/Programa.egnazores2017.pdf) as is also at the Conference Handbook, inside your bag. Read it carefully because you will not want to miss a bit of it!

 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS UPLOAD?

Please provide us with your presentation file as soon as possible and always until the session the morning/afternoon prior to your presentation. Deliver it at the Information Desk.

Don’t forget: only the assigned room computer can be used, not your personal laptop or similar!

 

WHERE TO POST THE POSTER?

Sorry, we just have “i-POSTERS”, no paper ones! This means that you should provide us with your poster file as soon as possible and always until the session the morning/afternoon prior to your poster presentation. Deliver it at the Information Desk.

 

AS A CHAIR PERSON OF A SESSION, WHAT SHALL I DO?

You have received the “Chair Persons General Rules”: they guide you on this very important task for the success of the Conference. Most important: keep the programme and the schedule.

Don’t forget: keeping the schedule depends deeply on you. If you do not make the adequate time management of the session, someone may not succeed to see a certain presentation, or fail the coffee break, or lunch or else!

 

WHICH IS MY BUS FOR THE MID CONFERENCE FIELD TRIP?

You have that information on your badge, but you can check at the Information Desk the list of buses for each Option (1 & 2 & 3): your name is in one of them...if you are duly registered!

Don’t forget: keep the schedule of the field trip indicated in the Handbook and all the instructions of our Staff and Volunteers. The buses will departure as planned: be there on time!

 

WHAT ABOUT THE MEALS?

Meals for delegates, students and accompanying persons duly registered will be served at the “Pavilhão do Mar”, in the littoral avenue of Ponta Delgada city, near the marina area. Those meals are lunches and dinners on September 7th and 9th.

On September 8th during the Mid Conference Field Trip...a pic-nic lunch is served.

Don’t forget: always use your badge, as access to the “Pavilhão do Mar” meals area is possible only to those with the EGNAZORES2017 badge!

 

AND MY CERTIFICATE?

Certificates of attendance, chairing and volunteering are e-Certificates (electronic-Certificates) and will be sent after your attendance/chairing/volunteering, to your e-mail address.

Be sure you provided us with the adequate e-mail address... and check your spam area!
